The apartment is located in a quiet lane next to the water, in this much-loved Cornish resort. Looe is renowned for its superb fishing, seafood market and golden sands. Enjoy fishing trips and sightseeing along the coast. Visit Fowey, Polperro, Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor. Explore National Trust houses and gardens such as Lanhydrock House, Mount Edgcumbe Estate and Antony House. The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Plymouth famous for its Hoe, an aquarium and diving centre used by Tom Daley are easily reached. Golf and horse riding can also be found nearby. Shop 20 yards, pub and restaurant 30 yards.

The car parking situation wasn't good: either pay £13 just around the corner or park free about 1/4 of a mile up the road which for us healthy folk was ok. However, we didn't know about this ahead of time and this caused great difficulties on the day of arrival. We feel that this should have been explained on the holiday details web-site as for some people this could have been crucial.
The slats on the bed kept popping which was awkward. The freezer was more or less unusable as it was so frosted up. The frying pan was so old it was only just about usable. We couldn't get the DVD player to work.
It was essentially ok but they should pay attention to these little details.

Coddy's Plaice is very well presented and decorated. The second bedroom is very small and only a tiny wardrobe for storage. The kitchen is too cluttered with utensils,knife blocks and mug stands. There is no cupboard space if you want to buy food to use during the week. The walls are very thin and every footstep could be heard from next door.
