Location provides for easy access to the Sussex and Kent countryside for trips out and peaceful solitude if that is your intention. We used it as a base to revisit old haunts that were days out for us and family when we lived in the south east. Cosy room for 2 but not cramped either.

Excellent cottage in a stunning location. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Only negative was the wi-fi which was a bit spasmodic but, hey, what the heck, we weren't there to surf the internet. I managed to leave behind a pair of sandals but the lovely lady owner rang me and then sent them to me at her expense. I certainly recommend this holiday let and would definitely stay there again.

The cottage is well kept and is well equipped, the only thing that lets it down is the fact that to walk to the pub is down a very bendy and twisty lane, not condusive on an evening at this time of year.
