The cottage is well maintained and of a good size. The kitchen/dining area and lounge are both big enough to accommodate a group of eight where some cottages that sleep eight struggle in this regard. The welcome was appreciated with a freshly baked cake waiting for us on arrival. As long as you plan ahead there are no issues although it is a bit of a hike to the nearest petrol station, something to be aware of on a driving holiday. One of the best cottages we have had in a long while. Hope to return next year.
