No smoking.\n Set in an exclusive development just 1 mile from the Aviemore centre this semi-detached bungalow is well furnished and tastefully decorated. Wind surfing sailing hill walking skiing dry or snow river rafting and fishing plus the world famous opsreys at Boat of Garten are only a short drive away. Aviemore is also an ideal starting point for touring further north with both the Whisky and Castle Trails easily accessible. The Cairngorm mountain range with the mountain railway in use both summer and winter provides an excellent backdrop to the property and a major tourist attraction.     Great location and comfortable cottage. The only negative would be that a new electric shower would be highly beneficial as the pressure was very poor on the over the bath shower.
