A charming cottage, somewhat dated but generally clean (bedroom bins had not been emptied and contained previous occupants tissues and make up removers). What really lets it down is the state of the mattresses, making it impossible to get a good nights sleep. My partner and I spent the week in separate bedrooms as neither of us could get comfortable and were keeping each other awake. The chairs and settee were covered by old throws, which constantly slid onto the floor. A lovely holiday in a fantastic location could have been so much more if the owner could improve these basic facilities.

A nice cottage, in a pretty spot, with glorious views. Clean and comfortable, it is adequately equipped, but would greatly benefit from a decent modern TV and WiFi . Would have been perfect but for the seat covers which were a pest ! Otherwise ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Excellent location with good access to mountains and village. Able to walk from door with a variety of options. Lots of attractions within a short drive. Lovely to hear the 'sound of silence' and to experience a less popular area of Scotland.

Very well located for hill walking. Meals out available within walking distance at a choice of Hotels. Missing a dishwasher for total comfort. Tremendous views.

Lovely cottage with great garden and stunning location. Rather dated inside but seems to fit the area. Two negatives: smelly blankets and cushions on sofa and chairs; and incomprehensible TV system, impossible to use.
