A wonderful setting lovingly cared for by Christine and Alison. The cottage is an ideal base to explore Glencoe and the Ben Nevis areas - and what better setting to come back to after a day's walking. Couldn't recommend the cottage more highly - we had the most wonderful holiday.

We had a wonderful holiday at Cuil View. The cottage is linked to and accessed via a working farm. The proprietors are very welcoming and friendly and we immediately felt at home. We found the property clean and well maintained. It’s secluded with a lawned garden which is itself adjacent to Loch Linnhe and an extensive stony beach. The views over the loch are breathtaking in all weathers (well maybe not fog). We had typically mixed Scottish weather and spent many relaxing hours watching the world go by without always feeling the need to venture elsewhere. We saw a great deal of wildlife on and in the loch, including seals, and a brief glimpse of an otter. There were young owls in the barn during our stay. We suggest having binoculars to hand at all times. We would like to say a big thank you to Christine, Alison, and Ross who work the farm and maintain the holiday accommodations between them. Your hard work is greatly appreciated. Andy and Paula

Warm welcome with fresh flowers next to a chocolate Easter-egg in the cottage and a lovely goodbye. The views are simply stunning, as well as the people, who always had time for a talk, and the animals, who always had time for a carrot. The surrounding area, Glen Coe, Fort William, Oban, Kinlochleven,...is varied and beautiful. We will come back for sure!
