The house is just a few minutes’ drive from the market town of Carmarthen and the historic village of Kidwelly.\n\nThis spacious detached house was lovingly restored in 2018 to a good standard back to its former glory. The ancient town of Kidwelly is a 5-minute drive away and is really worth a visit with a plethora of shops restaurants and one of the finest preserved Norman castles in Wales. Pembrey Country Park is around 10-minutes away and is fantastic for busy families complete with 500-acres of woodland dry ski slope toboggan run and the picture postcard Cefn Sidan Sands covering 8 miles of golden beach waiting to be discovered.\n\nThis beautiful house is perfect for large families and friends alike and offers a good level of comfort throughout. The spacious kitchen is well-equipped complete with a range cooker ideal for cooking that special meal. The living room offers a great space to relax with solid oak flooring and wood burner ideal for a cosy night in. This leads on to a stunning orangery with uninterrupted countryside views and large terrace. Each bedroom has been lovingly furnished and boast countryside views.\n\nThe seaside village of Llansteffan and Dylan Thomas stomping ground the township of Laugharne are both well worth the visit along with Aberglasney Gardens offering the largest single-span glass house in Europe and Ffos Las Racecourse are all within a 20-minute drive and well worth the visit.     We had the most amazing weekend in the cottage. It’s in a fantastic location. Very private, but only a 5 minute drive from shops and bars. Will definitely look to go again!

    We had an amazing Christmas at this beautiful Cottage. Wonderful position, spacious accommodation, hot tub enjoyed everyday and great walks and beaches for dogs. Would definitely recommend. Thank you 😊

    We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend anyone to stay in this cottage. It is situated in a secluded location with all the facilities. The house is wonderful, the open spaces are perfect for a large group but especially if you have pets. They would love the inside and outside spaces where they can run their socks off. Each and every room of the house was clean and tidy. Another plus of the cottage is the hot tub which was enjoyed by me and my friends everyday. The owner, Shelley is very helpful and very responsive. We will definitely come back to stay in this fantastic cottage in the future.

    This cottage just needs some tweaks and it would have been given a 10. We found the mattresses could have been better quality. The oven and some of the pans needed a clean and a few of the utensils were poor quality. The garden has wooden fence around it which our dog wanted to go under and a small wall to the side which she wanted to go over, so she had to be watched all the time. I wouldn’t really class it as enclosed. But it is pretty. We had a few issues with the hot tub but the owner did her best to rectify it. This cottage is in a great area within beautiful surroundings.

    Beautiful house in an secluded location, ideal for a total relax. The house was tastefully decorated, with all the components making it a home from home. We took our two German Shepard dogs who adored the grounds and lovely walks in the surrounding lanes. Would totally recommend to anyone needing a chill out in stunning surroundings both inside and out.

    Beautifully decorated, spacious and peaceful property. Lovely home from home feel, well equipped and maintained. As a family of 5 we had ample space and options to either be all together or take ourselves to a private area. It is a very private and secluded property with views over fields. Lovey patio and garden area.

    The house was nice, but for the money we`ve paid, there are some things to criticize: most dishes were dirty, the oven was dirty and it seems that it wasn't cleaned for a long time. There were cobwebs at the Windows and ceilings. The tub wasn't very clean and the whole week was no one there to look after the water. It seems to us that the water wasn't cleaned or changed. The information, that you shouldn't use the toilet in the master bedroom would be fine. With this information we maybe wouldn't made the decision to book this house. In the master bedroom, the other bedroom near the second bathroom and in the second bathroom itself was a fecal odor the whole time from the beginning. In total, the pictures promise more than to hold.
