Welcome pack. Enclosed garden with patio garden furniture and BBQ. 2 small dogs welcome. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note No children under 16 years old. \n The property is set in its own private garden with patio and lawn all accommodation is on the ground floor and has flat access with wide doorways. There is a level access shower roomtoilet and non slip wet room facilities with grab rails. The lobby includes additional accessible toilet facility. Walking from the rear of the property gives access through the 2 acre natural wildflower paddock an area for 5 touring caravans and beyond to the adjacent 6 acres of pony paddocks with grassed walkways. The Dairy Annexe has been traditionally decorated and equipped for your comfort and includes suitable parking surfaces and complete level access for wheelchairs.\nThe local area has much to offer with its unique Fens landscape market towns Peckover House National Trust museums Bronze Age Centre riverside walks and pubs fishing and golfing.     Lovley cottage with great disabled facilities ,the owners are very helpful. It was our second visit this year

    A nice, friendly welcome and just got better. Many facilities for disabled guests and owners offering alterations as required. Beautifully quiet location but well suited for visiting a lot of places. A really good holiday.

    We had a lovely week a d have booked again ! This is a great place if you are disabled, the owner is so helpful and nothing is too much trouble, it's rare too find anyway as disabled friendly thank you
