Within easy reach of Bristol, Bradford-on-Avon and the much-filmed villages of Lacock and Castle Combe. Great area for walking. Shop 200 yards, family pub and restaurant 10 yards.

    The accommodation was fantastic. I could have slept in the bed the rest of my life. It was great to have Netflix and Amazon Prime tv. The location was lovely. Loads of places to walk the dogs. The owners were lovely and even sat with us in the sunshine on the lawn with a cider one afternoon. We will be back!!

    Daubneys Stable is a lovely place to stay, converted beautifully with lots of features and ideal for a couple. It has everything you would need from dishwasher, parking, comfy sofas and bed and a welcome package of milk, bread, eggs and juice. Nice village location with two excellent pubs, Fox and Hounds opposite and The Six Bells just a short walk away.

    The cottage was excellent. Beautiful beams, artwork and attention to details made it a very cosy and comfortable place. Highly recommend it.

    We had a lovely 4 night stay. Close to a lovely pub serving good food. The cottage is great for dogs as the large garden area is fully enclosed, as long as the driveway gate is kept closed. The bed was very comfy, only downfall was having to go downstairs to the loo in the middle of the night lol! I marked the location down slightly because a lot of the surrounding roads are narrow getting into Colerne. We did try to go out on the nearby main road but Sat Nav always took us back via an old narrow road. It would be good to do your research on the surrounding roads, I think a lot of our issues was our Sat Nav!
