A 2-minute walk away is a family-friendly restaurant, a great place where you can enjoy a delicious home-cooked lunch on the terrace on balmy summer days, or even sample some locally brewed ales. Travelling south from Dunns Meadow, The Mumbles makes a great day out. Here you can visit the lifeboat station and pier, and enjoy the views from the promenade. On your return trip, call in at Langland Bay or Caswell Bay, which also have enviable views. Swansea itself offers a wide variety of shopping, as well as a marina, theatres, a market, many restaurants and cafés, and a bustling nightlife. Beach 5 miles.
