    We had a fabulous holiday at Eas Mor, amazing views and area. I rated amenities 7 but we didnt expect any as we read reviews, we didnt go for amenities we went for the seclusion. The week went too fast. Was lovely 

    This is a comfortable cottage very clean and practical with wonderful views across the loch, but be advised. If you are looking for local amenities and night life this is not for you. It was disappointing not to be greeted by anybody on arrival at the house and we were guided in by the instructions provided. The property is situated in a very rural location on a headland which at times was extremely windy. The nearest shop some five miles away. The local pub is approx. 18 miles and the nearest settlement Dunvegan is 11 miles from the property. There is a wonderful café I can highly recommend serving home made foods but with limited opening times. The local restaurant comes with great reviews on quality of food but comes with a high price. Traveling around the Isle of Skye means a distance of 11 miles via single track road to a major road. Portree the largest town is 34 miles from the property. However if like me you enjoy the remote peace and quiet this is a wonderful place to be. Wildlife reported to be sited include Golden Eagles, dolphins, minke whale and otters in the bay. Deer in the garden and from the headland the northern lights frequently seen. I enjoyed my stay and can`t say I tired of the travel each trip out along the same single track road. But it isn`t for everyone
