The property was built by Lord Armstrong of Cragside in the 1880s as part of his Cragside Estate to show off his model farm. The cottage boasts eco-friendly features and is powered by a wood burning stove and an Esse Range in the kitchen as well as a traditional electric oven. With a large garden to the side with lovely views, East Cottage is an idyllic location for families or friends.
