When new guests book online they are putting their faith & trust in the owner that the standard of cleanliness etc is as anyone would wish to find it, given the money is paid up front.
No info about facilities ie Doctors, Hospital, Police, Shops etc.
No Welcome pack ie Tea, Coffee, Sugar,Milk, etc
Skylights cannot be reached to open, they are also covered in Cobwebs and dead Flies.
No warning on stairs down to the kitchen and toilet/shower about MIND YOUR HEAD.
Chipped/cracked crockery, rusty cutlery, not a complete set-odd T spoons, knives,forks & D spoons.
Drainage rack rusty, Kettle needs a good scrub, lid does not open.
Pipework on show, Bedroom, Lounge, Sitting room, Kitchen & Toilet.
No instruction about recycling.
Hot water taps, scalding & strong force.
Heating controlled by Landlord, not at times to suit Guests (Radiators)
Window in will open but cannot be reached for ventilation.
Windows and Door are not clean.
Kitchen is downstairs (which is only partially hand railed) and under next door so you can hear people thumping around.
No Oven just a Microwave/Grill plus a 4 ring hob, limiting what can be cooked, Microwave food is rubbish any way.
Fridge is very small so limiting how much food you can stock up on, (some distance from shops)
Also very noisy from traffic racing along side the Cottage 24/7.
I would suggest that you change your CLEANER.
