It is a beautiful place, clean, and deceptively spacious. Plus the prosecco welcome was a bonus! Easy access to York by car with convenient off-street parking. Our host was easy to communicate with and checking in and out was a super smooth process. Highly recommend this as a place to stay for groups.

the only negative which is not the owners fault was even though there is a small notice on the kitchen wall you would think it is a picture,it states no pets upstairs, my bedroom smelt of dog on the bed which was not nice.

A lovely cottage, with a recently renovated feel and an open plan layout. A short car journey away from the centre of York. Beautifully clean with the table set ready for us. Perfect for families or groups of friends.

A group of 7 of us stayed at Elmpark for a hen weekend in York. We really enjoyed our stay, the downstairs was nice and social, nice garden, good facilities, really nice bathrooms and large bedrooms. Good sized kitchen and lots of utensils and crockery, and dishwashing facilities. Can't fault it in any way. Managed to get 3 cars parked on the driveway. We walked to and from York city centre which took around 30 minutes each way. Had a great stay. Thank you :)

House was warm, light, clean and convenient. Beds comfortable. Lounge seating area compact and sofa tired. Would stay again.

Ok except armchairs in lounge not very comfortable and a need a for chairs in Bedroom to relax on. Also downstairs shower not big enough for my Mum who is disabled, to get in and out of.
