Our 4th visit. Ideal for dog and lovely scenery. Lots of very quiet walking with not too many people around. Very comfortable cottage, beautifully furnished. The owner (lives on site) is extremely helpful. Big, enclosed field for the dog to run in and a lovely short walk down to the river.

Lovely 300 year old cottage, very quirky with lots of character. Beautiful setting, with glorious views, and river nearby. Bev, the owner, was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. Our dog was in her element, with an acre to play in, and with Bev's two dogs for company as well.

A lovely relaxing holiday. Snowed in for 3 days but what a lovely location to be stuck. Well supplied with fuel for the fire. Owner welcoming, caring & generous. Will definitely be back if there are any vacancies.

Our 4th time at Ewe Tree Cottage - simply stunning setting and we and the dogs absolutely love it here for all its charm and character. It's a beautiful part of the Lake District and relatively untouched by tourism so you can enjoy the natural surroundings. Great walks, scenery and a cosy cottage to come back to and relax and wake up each morning to that glorious view!
