3 good fishing friends and Sam the Springer Spaniel spent an excellent week at Fairview Cottage. It is rare to get accommodation on a working farm that allows dogs. We were confident in allowing Sam to roam within the cottage boundaries which were very secure. The owners were very helpful and we knew that if we needed anything we only had to ask. Splendid accommodation in a beautiful part of the country. We will be back!

Disappointed on arrival to find that we were one of about 300 cabins on a site, which isn't mentioned in the details. The outside space was basic and is not dog-secure. There were problems with the boiler which kept going off, and we had periods without any hot water. In the end the plumber came, and to rectify it, the radiators had to be turned off, which meant we had no heating. You can't sit round in the evening and watch TV as a family because the TV is mounted on the wall behind the sofas. On the plus side it was very clean, and the people on the site were very friendly. But it wasn't a relaxing holiday.

Really enjoyed our weekend. Enough room for 3 adults and 2 small dogs. Very clean and everything easy to find. A great walk by the river into Bewdley.

Lovely peaceful situation, a couple of relaxing outdoor chairs would have been ideal to supplement the wooden table & benches. Tony & Maria are lovely people, nothing to much trouble, good info on walks, places to eat etc. Would definitely go back again.

Nice and Idyllic, however, enclosed yard needs securing as my dog was able to escape through the wire. I found the living seating area odd as the TV was in the entrance/hallway and one of the four guests had to sit on the breakfast bar stools to be able to watch the TV. I liked the modern décor and property was clean and tidy.

Lovely little chalet.... perfect for us as a couple, but adequate holidays accommodation for a family as there are 3 bedrooms.... We used to live nearby so know with area well. Added bonus of ewes with lambs wandering around the grassy areas ...

We stayed in this cosy retreat for 2 nights last weekend and loved every minute. You have everything you need there and more, it's very clean and lovely and peaceful. The owners are only to happy to help with anything you need. There are also lovely dog walking routes if you enjoy walking. We have no negatives about this place and would definitely recommend and stay again 10/10 all the way.

Absolutely loved it! The small touches (Christmas decorations, mince pies, hand soap) made us feel really welcome and comfortable. We loved having our 2 dogs with us and they appeared to love it too. The fact that we only had to drive an hour to get there but we felt like we were a million miles from home. Would definitely book again.

Lovely little cottage that is exceptionally well equipped. Owners were friendly and helpful.

Fairview is on a sheep farm which gave it a quirky rural charm. The location is great with Bewdley very close for everything you need and loads of countryside to explore on the doorstep or within a short drive.

Fairview cottage was very nicely decorated with everything you would need for a short or long stay. Tony, the owner, was friendly and helpful. The site was very peaceful and quiet. We spent 3 nights at the cottage and enjoyed the scenic walks.
