Lovely cottage and location. Very welcoming. Only scored 8 on local amenities only because it is very rural but that is what we wanted, so for us it was a 10, but not if you want a pub or shop within walking distance. Very good base for Northumberland National Park, Keilder Water and Hadrians Wall.

We had a fantastic stay while in the area for a family wedding. Everything in the cottage was superb. Lovely sponge cake homemade and fresh farm eggs on arrival. Great fields for walking the dog and lots of things for the kids to do.
