We loved this cottage and our hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Lovely place to stay, well equipped and presented, friendly and welcoming owners on site. A real pleasure.

A nice, quiet and idyllic base to explore the local countryside and attractions. 20 minute drive from centre of Canterbury and not too far from the coast.

    out of 10

A very quiet and peaceful rural location on the outskirts of a small village. The cottage was very comfortable even when the weather turned slightly cooler. The nearest shops were about a mile away in the next town. Lots of places to visit within a few miles including Dover, Canterbury and the coastal towns of Whitstable, Margate, Ramsgate and Deal all nearby.

The cottage and surroundings were excellent - comfortable, peaceful and relaxing. The welcome hamper was a very good and pleasant surprise. Trina and Gary were charming and extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. We would definitely go again.

Beautiful little place, had everything we needed. Best welcome pack we have ever had. The lady was also an extremely kind n helpful person, went out of her way to help as our sone joined us for one night. We would definitely stay here again. Thoroughly recommend the Stables.

Great location, host and hostess are very friendly and helpful. Couple of minor cons: - no clothes dryer - no doors on the showers (tends to flood the bathrooms
