    lovely location, lovely owners,

We had the most lovely few days in Fen cottage. The owners went out of their way to make our stay comfortable despite the wild weather. An oasis of peace and tranquility. Stunning sunsets watching the swans and dark night skies full of stars We will definitely return.

A great cosy comfy cottage of character. Close enough to Ely but also in the middle of nowhere. Had a great break here

The cottage has lots of period features and quickly got warm and cosy once we turned the heating on. It is in a quiet location at the end of a bridle path (the owner filled some of the worst ruts whilst we were there). Although the listing and reviews said there was a welcome pack this was not the case which was disappointing. The bed linens and towels were plentiful and fresh and clean. The bed and lounge furniture were pretty uncomfortable and the stairs are very steep so it would not be suitable for anyone with mobility or health issues. There are lots of walks you can take the dog out on but the garden and driveway are not secure so our dog at least had to stay on lead.
