beautiful views of Snowdon from living area on first floor. very modern and clean with comfortable seating and beds. Accommodation needed an information folder with local amenities eg local walks, location of places to eat, nearest shop. A very good location for visiting local attractions

A few issues with the internet have reduced the equipment rating, but the owner did speak to us about this on a daily basis and was trying his best to resolve the issues for us.

The cottage was lovely but unfortunately our experience was spoilt by there being no hot water during our stay

This was a comfortable house to stay in but we found the mattresses uncomfortable and the lighting throughout inadequate. My son's room had no bedside table or bedside light. The fridge was only partly equipped with no shelving on the door so we had to take trays out to put bottles in. There was no welcome pack so we had to call up for the wifi code. On the second day the wifi stopped working altogether. The bedrooms could use a chair to put clothes on, and the kitchen could do with some wooden spoons as we cooked in. Most importantly, the directions given to get to the cottage weren't specific enough. There is no name on the property at all, and we arrived at night. The contact was nice enough to come out and guide us in! Nice house, just a few points to work on.
