A well appointed cottage, artistically appointed with attractive features and beautifully located. Rebecca was most helpful and we had a lovely week. We used the cottage as a base for walking a section of the John Muir Way.
Fully equipped, lovely rooms , lovely welcome and surroundings.

On reaching our destination, we were met with this long, winding, very rough farm track. The cottage itself is way out in the country and the views are indeed very nice, but the road leading into Linlithgow is narrow and quite busy. Inside the cottage it was very warm and welcoming and there is a large bedroom with a comfortable bed and the large bathroom has everything you could want. The huge letdown however, is the tiny uncomfortable settee in the living room. I notice other guests have pointed this out and yet no action has been taken. The owner is very nice and I regret having to point out these faults, but if I had known about the horrendous approach, I would never have considered this cottage.
A Lovely cottage in a quiet rural location but close to the nice town of Linlithgow. An ideal position to explore Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling etc. The cottage is comfortable and warm with everything provided to enjoy your stay. The track to the cottage is a little rough in parts but an all-terrain vehicle is not needed, we found it no problem in a little Fiat 500.
A lovely quiet setting from which to explore the area - Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling.
Cottage very warm and comfortable and hosts very helpful.
A beautiful cottage in a rural location but not too far from the very nice town of Linlithgow. Very well equipped, the owners had thought of everything you might need.
We really enjoyed our stay.
We looked forward to returning to the cottage each day ..It is tastefully and thoughtfully decorated reflecting artistic taste and talent .Several windows make it feel more spacious .
Well stocked and very spacious bathroom .
A sweet bouquet of flowers from Rebecca and Arne's garden welcomed us and we enjoyed the cookies .
The owners were helpful in giving guidance to get to destinations and doing a small load of laundry which we much appreciated as we were travelling for 3 weeks .
Brilliant Cottage in a gorgeous location
We spent a week at the cottage, great location, it has everything you need. Perfect cottage for a couple.
