Just a couple of points.
1. A few more bath size towels would have been appreciated as we had 10 in our party.
2. There are exposed pipes on the ground floor by the stairs running down to the double bedded room. These were at ‘grab ‘ height for a toddler walking up the stairs and had to be covered whilst we were staying as they became hot when the radiator in the hallway came on. It didn’t appear possible to turn the heat off.
3. The beds were very soft, except the bunk bed which was much better.

Spent a lovely week with family at Ford Farmhouse. The house is huge, with plenty of room indoors and out.
The decor is a little dated but everywhere was wonderfully clean. With 4 young children and a dog, we would have felt uncomfortable in anywhere more plush so it suited us perfectly.
Games room was disappointing, with only a mini table tennis table, broken darts and squashed plastic skittles. The owner did provide new table tennis set and this worked brilliantly on the dining table in between meals.
Downstairs shower room didn't look appealing, but offered far better water pressure than the upstairs bathroom.
Livingroom was spacious with lovely comfy sofas.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.
Lovely farm ,comfortable large enough for family of 8

The cottage was very clean and tidy. Decent big living room for us all to be together. Very quiet and peaceful location and close to an excellent pub and short drive to lots of interesting places. On a negative we were led to believe the house would be 'dressed' for Christmas but whilst there was a very small tree and a few bits of tinsel we were hoping for a bit more than that and ended up buying some more stuff to make the dining room nice for Christmas day. We were also disappointed with the games room as we had expected a normal table tennis table for the children but in fact it was a 'mini' table only suitable for very young children. Also the bedroom on the mid floor has lots of creatures scurrying in the roof ! not sure if mice or rats but maybe not unexpected in the countryside ?

What an amazing Farmhouse, perfect location, perfect size. In need of a little redecorating but still very cosy and extremely warm. Would definitely re-book.
We had a brilliant holiday. The farmhouse is very spacious, even with 10 of us there was still lots of space, and provided everything we could have needed. The house has a big garden with fruit trees in, where the children enjoyed playing. The location was perfect with it only being a short drive to Folly farm, Pembroke castle, Carew castle, Tenby and Oakwood, and a 10 minute walk to the local pub which was ideal for the evening. Our group ranged from age 4 to 72 and we all had a wonderful holiday
A spacious farmhouse for our family holiday. A lovely warm welcome from the owner.
