Wonderful holiday with our two dogs. The owners who live next door showed us an outstanding level of hospitality, were so friendly and helpful. Lovely cottage, clean, well equipped and very homely. We have rented many cottages over the years and this one was memorable, we really enjoyed our time here and plan to return as there is still so much to see.

We had a wonderful stay at Ford House Cottage our hosts could not have been more welcoming,
The attention to detail was fantastic everything you could have wanted was there including fresh flowers in the kitchen and bottle of wine in the fridge. will definitely be returning soon.
Beautiful cottages lovely hosts. Cx

Lovely but small cottage the dish wash her would best be replaced by a food storage cupboard, the parking space is tight for a large car but agood alternative exists. Digby and Lindsay the owners are an extremely caring warm hearted couple and did everything in their power to make our holiday a success.
Great place to stay in a lovely village with shop and local bus service into Ludlow The Cottage
was perfect, with a private little garden of your own to sit out, barbeque available to use
We had great weather, and made use of planned walks around the area
The owners Digby and Lindsey were available at all times, and were extremely helpful
Cannot wait to go back??
We visited between 15 and 22 March 2019, just when the weather was dry but chilly with a couple of warmer days mid week. Finding Ford House Cottage was like finding Gold. Absolutely everything has been thought of and the cottage was straight out of history, with a wealth of exposed beams, a cosy atmosphere, a new kitchen and a woodburner (which magically had been lit when we returned from the Bakers Arms (at the end of the lane - around 3 minutes walk) on the first evening. At the other end of the lane (about 3 minutes walk) is the Post Office /General Store, The owners, Lindsay and Digby, live next door and could not have been more welcoming, there was milk, a bottle of wine, a cake and an enormous selection of books, CD's and DVD's for entertainment

Great area as we do a lot of walking with our little miniature schnauzer and there are plenty of local walks. Ludlow and Ironbridge easily accessible with really good pubs for drinking but most importantly eating.....many of which are dog friendly.
An excellent place to stay for exploring Shropshire and the surrounding areas.
The cottage was home from home, very comfortable and well equipped. The owners were exceptionally helpful and welcoming.
Ford Cottage was a perfect place to spend our New Year. Peaceful, relaxing and minutes from Ludlow, Leominster, Berrington Hall and Croft Castle to name a few. Made to feel so welcome by our hosts with thoughtful little touches to make our stay more comfortable. Will most certainly be looking to visit again

A lovely stay made all the more enjoyable by having such friendly and helpful hosts. Not far from Ludlow. Good dog walks nearby and a friendly pub in walking distance
Fabulous cottage on the North Heredfordshire / Shropshire border.
Beautifully kept and maintained by the owners, who were fantastic and very attentive to ensure that we had a great stay.
Lovely and clean, well stocked, lovely wine and mince pies - great start to the weekend.
Great pub down the road - only 150 yards away, with good local ales and great food.
Will definitely be going back.
Absolutely fantastic. Wonderful cottage and exreamly welcoming hosts.
Everything was great. One thing my husband said was it was a shame no really good shower where basin is and take bath out. We realise this is a personal preference though .
