    Comfort and Equipment

    Value for money

Fantastic cottage, comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Elaine was so friendly and welcoming.

    out of 10

A very smart, light and modern property, tastefully finished with good quality furnishings and fittings. Despite conversion being five years ago, it still looks as though it has only just been done. Significant effort had obviously been made to present the property in a welcoming way for guests. Overall, a quiet, calm and relaxing place to which to get away.

Excellent, away from a busy lifestyle in London to a quite little cottage in Billingshurst

This cottage and the area is perfect for our needs so very happy to recommend it for anyone who wants peace and quiet in the countryside

Fab location and property. Comfortable and relaxing. Friendly owner. Would definitely come again.

As good as it gets. A pub within ten minutes walking distance would have made us move in!

    out of 10

The Coop was absolutely lovely and Elaine and her staff also very friendly. Good walks for the dog on site, although a 2 stiles and footpath right on site all wired up and not maintained so not walkable, but plenty of other paths to go on. Area absolutely beautiful, mature oaks no litter on the road sides a credit to the local councils.

This is our third visit, the first with our 6 month old puppy. We intend it not to be our last visit. Thank you Elaine (owner)

Lovely cottage well furnished and very clean lovely location and enclosed garden ideal for our two dogs

    out of 10

We had a wonderful time at The Coop, as soon as we walked through the door we felt at home. The property was spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, very well equipped and comfortable. The photographs on the website do not do it justice. Although the garden is small it is delightful and a wonderful place to sit in the evening and big enough for our two small dogs who also had a lovely time. It is just a short walk to the local public house, which does lovely food and is very dog friendly.

Fabulous holiday cottage which suited our needs. Scrummy fresh eggs in the welcome pack.

Beautiful place made even better that at night the nightingale where sing ,absolutely super

    out of 10

An incredibly clean and comfortable cottage with all the amenities required. The owner was very welcoming and provided us with a much appreciated welcome pack - we even got to hear a nightingale sing (which was a first for us!). The location was ideal - close to a lovely village with two pubs and an amazing village shop which was well stocked and also doubled as a cafe. We will definitely return to this cottage again and would highly recommend it.

Fabulous comfortable home from home, we loved the Coop. Lovely hosts, lovely views, dogs and humans perfectly catered for. We will be back! The village shop is amazing too.

Really comfortable, clean accommodation, handy for the dog walks, friendly host. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a break in the countryside, yet close to the local village.
