Shared enclosed lawned garden and furniture. BBQ. Parking 2 cars. No smoking.\n This semi-detached holiday property is situated on a working cattle and sheep farm with views overlooking the Malltraeth Estuary and Snowdonia Mountains beyond. It has a lovely kitchen bathroom and living room with French windows leading to a patio and lawn ideal for enjoying the stunning view. Surrounded by an AONB one of Britain’s best beaches is close by perfect for all watersports seatrout fishing walking cycling horse riding and golf. Enjoy the Anglesey Sea Zoo leisure centres day trips to Dublin and Beaumaris with its famous castle restaurants and pubs museums and specialist shops. Children will love the nearby Foel Farm Park whilst the beautiful house of Plas Newydd NT home to the Marquess of Anglesey is a short drive away.     It was not a cottage but extension of the farmhouse. I requested Mrs Roberts to put heating on so that when we arrive it is comfortable. On arrival I found she had put heater in the lounge. house was cold and smelled musty I put the oil heaters on and it took practically five hours to warm the house Next day in the evening while having shower electricity went off. I had to go around to her house to to turn the trip switch on. She came around to complain that we had lights on. Following day while we were out she came in house and turned all heaters off. I think she had no right to come while we were out. remember we had payed extra £20 for electricity. Bathroom is dated and not so clean. Whole place is dated. I think you need to this property.

    The views are spectacular of Snowdonia. Ann and Tom are very friendly as is Mali their gorgeous dog (I wanted to bring her home with us). The cottage is very comfortable and well kitted out. We'll definately be going back

    Some might find the cottage a bit dated décor-wise, but the most important thing for us was that it was comfortable, warm, well-equipped and clean. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water and a modern shower. The owner was welcoming but not overbearing, which is important as the house is attached to the owners house. The garden is officially shared with the owner, but that was never an issue, the patio is basically private and the view from the lounge and patio over the estuary to the mountains is second to none. The farm only has a small herd of beef cattle so there was no early disturbance of milking etc, and there was a very friendly sheepdog to play with. The only downside is slight lack of nearby places to eat - the pub a mile or so away didn't serve food and the recommended place a short drive away (which was nice and friendly when we went for a drink) was booked up 2 days in advance for food so advance planning is crucial in peak times! A short drive from one of the best beaches in Anglesey and easy to get on and off island to visit Snowdonia etc so that partly makes up for it. All in all good value and would recommend.
