Lovely cottage , with a very nice welcome pack to greet us. Gardens and cottage both maintained to a very good standard. Very comfortable,Would definitely go back.

We had small dogs and had get orangeplastic netting and cable ties to fence off gap at bottom of gates as right next to a busy road (which was very noisy at times and had no mention of in write up.) There was a large open pond in garden, very dangerous, one of my dogs fell in stepping on green algie thinking it was grass and almost drowned if it wasn't for the other one jumping in to push her out. (It could have been a child). Also a stream running through the bottom of the garden with make shift bridge which wasnt mentioned in the write up. We should have been made awsre of both these so as to make an informed decision. It was very unwelcomeing with signs everywhere telling you what to do or not to do. Not up to cleanliness standards, very dusty in places, the oven was really dirty, short on equipment foil, cling film etc no kitchen rolls only a couple of toilet rolls in each bathroom. There were no chusions for garden furniture set even though displayed on photos of the property. in all, very dated, old dirty carpets etc. Not up to cottages 4 you standard this from regular users.

This is a lovely cottage although nearer to the road than we expected. However this would not stop us from revisiting the cottage as we did enjoy our stay.

This is our second visit to Glan Gors. Although it is on a busy B road it did not cause too much noise (we did go here in Off peak). It is a very well equipped cottage and within easy distance for many walking trails. There is even an old disused railway track at the back of the cottage. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful cottage and very comfortable. We had a lovely relaxing time and visited the villages near by.

Lovely cosy and warm. Large garden enjoyed by dogs and children.

Excellent place, good for walking the dogs. The fire was lovely. The hotel - The Talbot, had bars that allowed dogs. Relaxed well at this property. But..... cooker shelves not clean, parts of shower not clean, heavy dust on top of bathroom cabinet. Also - No hot water in the morning as we didn't realise when we arrive fri evening that we needed to find and switch it on. Otherwise great stay. milk, bread butter etc on arrival - very welcome - thank you.

Very noìsy road. Cottage needs updating. Very old fashioned. Should supply tea bags, coffee, salt and pepper etc not in satches 4 tea bags. Freezer was dirty and overall cleanliness not good,

A lovely very clean and comfortable cottage. Garden well enclosed and ideal for people with dogs. Only reason gave 9 for location is because situated on busy B road. That said there was little noise during the evenings and it would definitely not stop us booking the cottage again. Great walks within easy reach of the cottage. There is even a 10 mile walk direct from the cottage down a disused railway line.

We had a wonderful time is this lovely property. It was clean and well equipped. The Nature Reserve was literally on the door step! The garden is huge.

Lovely cosy cottage with fantastic large garden. Very private. Well equipped. Could do with some modernisation/TLC and slightly more attention to detail with cleaning. But overall enjoyed our stay. Nature reserve straight out the back is great. Lots of wildlife including buzzards and stoat. Kids loved the garden pond, lots of newts and froglets.
