This is a comfortable and clean holiday home, with every facility we needed, especially the big and luxurious settee. Deana, the owner, left milk & goodies for our arrival, even snacks for our Springer Sam, who loved it as much as us. The rear garden is excellent and clean, plenty of space. It's located in a very good spot, with woods around 15 yards away, ideal for walks, with Barmouth just 5 minutes drive away. The TV has more than enough channels to satisfy everyone. Sadly, we had to go home early because I had an accident and broke some toes, and unable to walk very well, big shame it was such a lovely place. Deana, we will be back, and thank you.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Disappointing place. The second bedroom was really a large single with a double bed shoehorned in. There was no clothes storage in the room. It all had to be put in the main bedroom which had 3 wardrobes and sets of drawers. This was inconvenient. There was just enough room to get past the end of the bed in the second room. People with young children should be careful with the heated towel rail in the bathroom. This gets much hotter than it should. My walking companion brushed her arm against it and sustained a serious burn. The seating in the lounge was dreadful. A large sagging settee with ripped arm covering and almost matching armchair were near the TV end. The seat cushions had old duvets or something stuffed underneath in a futile attempt to support them. We could only sit on the small settee at the other end of the room where we were so far from the TV that we could hardly see the screen. The dining table is in the conservatory which swings from baking hot to extremely chilly depending on the weather. The area is prone to power cuts. We had a 2 hour cut one evening. The next door neighbour has emergency lighting which tells you all you need to know. We gave up and left a day early which is not something that we ever do.

A great holiday in a beautiful setting. The Cottage itself was comfy and warm. Literally seconds from walking out your door you are in the beautiful Welsh hills. A few minutes drive to a beautiful expansive beach in Cardigan Bay. The local friendly (and dog friendly) pub about five minutes away. Beautiful scenery and good weather too. A great memory, we hope to be back!

Superb location, within seconds you can be walking down a little track into the woods with streams and little waterfalls tumbling through the rocks. If the weather is kind wonderful beaches, castles, mountains. (Snowdon within reach approx 1 hour 20 min drive) The owner Deana makes you feel very welcome and has ensured everything is maintained to a high standard.
