Welcome pack and doggy extras. Access to owner’s freezer. Enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and gas BBQ. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.\nThis attractive ground floor holiday apartment is ideally placed on the seafront opposite the beach and promenade with its many attractions and is adjacent to the owner’s home. Great Yarmouth racecourse is close by and North Beach with sand dunes and little cafés makes for an enjoyable walk and bird watching. Enjoy the Tide and Time Museum or explore the beauty of the Broads just a drive away. Also worth a visit are NT Horsey Wind Pump or Horsey Beach between December and February to see the grey seal colony with their pups. Alternatively visit the fine city of Norwich with its array of cafés and shops museums cathedrals and theatres. Railway station in Great Yarmouth. Launderette nearby.     This is a gem of a place to stay. It has everything you need to make your holiday very relaxing. It has a wonderful covered outside seating area which is really sweet. Denise and Gareth are lovely hosts and make you feel so welcome. We would certainly go again and recommend it to anyone else. Top class!

    Nothing missing to ensure a very cosy and comfortable stay . The location is on the sea front .accessed via a small gate alongside the owners property . Lovely for pur dog as the beach was opposite with dunes for him to explore .

    Been here three years ago.Nice clean apartment,in a quiet cul-de-sac,but go out the side gate and you are straight on the seafront.Coffee tea milk and sugar ,home made scones waiting for you.Host perfect, enquires that everything is ok.Not intrusive at all.Would recommend time and time again

    What a great apartment, alot of thought had gone into preparing it not just for the apartment but for our entertainment as well, there was wind breaks and deckchairs provided and umbrellas in case it rained. The apartment itself was well provided for with everything you would ever want to do any cooking etc. Although I suffer with a bad back the bed was so comfortable that I had no aches and pains the whole time I was there . I would highly recomend this apartment for all my friends and family and the owners were so nice and helpfull living next door. They had provided tea milk coffee sugar and home made cookies freshly baked that day, what else could you want.

    Second time at the Golden Mile Apartment in Great Yarmouth and again not disappointed. Love this little gem. It's location is brilliant especially for your furry friend (dog). Plenty to do and quite central to visit other places. A holiday is what you make of it yourself.
