This impressive detached home which is located along a quiet lane with private gated access has been designed for modern living with spacious reception rooms well equipped kitchen contemporary bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms. Perfect for larger families this beautifully presented property has multiple TVs as well as Wi-Fi and outdoors there is play equipment for smaller children and a games room with a pool table and TV ideal for keeping the older children entertained on a rainy day. The garden which extends over multiple levels is the ideal spot from which to take in the superb views whilst dining al fresco.\nGorse Hill is located just 1 mile from the centre of Prestatyn with its sandy beach and wide range of amenities which includes shops bars cafés restaurants cinema bowling and a retail park. Prestatyn also holds a market three times per week. The town is located on the famous Offa’s Dyke Path making this a great location for walkers. This 176-mile national trail which links Prestatyn to the city of Bangor follows the border between England and Wales and takes in the remains of Offa’s Dyke a large earthwork which is thought to have been constructed by King Offa of Mercia in the late 700s. Another trail called the North Wales Path also begins in Prestatyn and there are lots of lovely walks in the nearby Clwydian Hills an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Prestatyn is also a good location for those who enjoy visiting historical landmarks and attractions including the beautifully preserved Roman Bath House just outside the town.\nOther popular activities in the area include cycling and there is a cycling centre and a BMX race track in Rhyl horse riding and the golf course which Gorse Hill overlooks. Prestatyn also has the Nova Centre which is a multi-million pound leisure centre which offers swimming gym caférestaurants and children’s soft play area. Families with children will enjoy a visit to Rhyl 5 miles away with its SeaQuarium miniature railway and Drift Park Water Play Area.     Second stay here at Gorsehill and I just love it there. A little bit of luxury and comfort that everyone should experience! You want for nothing here, it's clean, tidy, warm, spacious and comfortable. The owners couldn't be more accommodating and they go out of their way to ensure your stay is a great one. The weather was dreadful so we didn't go into the town as planned for a meal on the Saturday night. Instead, we ordered take away food to be delivered. Perfect. No one minded being in the house for 48hrs!! Looking to book again as it had everything we needed. Hopefully get my hiking boots out next time!! Highly recommend staying here

    3 generations of our family (age 3-70) stayed at gorse hill for a week and each person loved everything about it. The views from the property are absolutely stunning. The large lounge area is perfect for family game nights/ chats. The games room and the outdoor play facilities are great for the kids. The large kitchen/dining area is great for meal times and even with a large group is very spacious. I cannot recommend this property enough. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and Tony (the owner) was very helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. We will be going back here in the future without doubt.

    Beautiful house, plenty of space for our party of 11. Fantastic dining space and lovely big lounge so everyone could be comfortably seated in the same room. Bright and spacious rooms, very clean and tidy with everything that you need for an enjoyable stay. Will certainly be coming back again!!

    The accommodation is decorated, furnished and equipped to a high standard. Rooms are spacious and light and the house provided ample space for our large group of guests. There was sufficient information about the property and surrounding areas, and the owners were efficient in dealing with any additional questions. The accommodation was good value for money and our deposit was paid back quickly. I would definitely recommend Gorse Hill to other people.
