Hoseasons " Offering glorious countryside views and in a convenient central location for exploring Snowdonia’s mountains castles and steam railways this charming former detached barn is situated alongside the main farmhouse on the owners’ working Welsh mountain sheep and beef farm. There is wonderful walking from the doorstep and within 0.5 miles the popular cycle path ‘Lon Eifion’ passes by. There is a beach just 4 miles away making this an ideal family holiday base. Golf riding and fishing are all available nearby. Shop 2 miles pub 3 miles and restaurant 5 miles. \nGround floor Utility room. 3 bedrooms 2 double one 5ft 1 twin. We had a lovely time the house is situated on a working farm, in beautiful, peaceful surroundings and is very spacious and comfortable. The owners live on site but are not in the slightest bit intrusive. We Would highly recommended.

Loved this cottage, just perfect for what we needed. Very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. We have 3 little girls, 5 years old, 3 years old and 11 months and they all loved it. They provided stair gates, high chair and cot. You really need a car, but if you have there is lots to do in the area. Very peaceful, spotlessly clean and the owner even brought over a new born lamb for the girls to meet! Would highly recommend and look forward to returning soon. Little haven.

We had a great time! Owners very nice and friendly. They live very close and have a farm, where we could see little lambs. Our son was very happy. Very well furnished house, including dishwasher. Style and furniture in the bedrooms was amazing. Garden was very nice at the back. Felt really safe

We stayed at Graianog Bach for a lovely weekend. The location was absolutely beautiful. We were left to come and go as we pleased. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. We loved it that much we are hoping to come back again in the summer. The owners were lovely and told us to make ourselves at home. Overall we had a lovely relaxing time.

We had such a great stay in this hidden Gem! The layout of the place takes advantage of its great views and the garden is great too! The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook and the place was cosy and spacious at the same time! The shower was amazing and the bedrooms were bigger than expected. The owners were very accommodating and made us feel very welcome, then left us to enjoy our stay! Highly recommended!

A lovely rural retreat with very helpful hosts.If you want a peaceful country break with modern comforts this is perfect. It is definitely in the countryside but we loved the location.
