This holiday property is ideal for guests wishing to take pleasure in its wonderful surroundings of the Tanat Valley. Situated in an elevated position, (access is via a private track) to take in the very best of this mid-Wales rolling countryside location making it easy to explore not only mid Wales but the bordering counties of North Wales, Shropshire, and Cheshire. There are plenty of activities locally, from the National Trust properties at Attingham, Chirk Castle, Erddig and Powys Castle, water sports on the lakes, fishing, golf, high ropes courses, paintballing, and go-karting. In North Wales there are zip wires, Bounce Below, mountain bike trails, Snowdonia, and Electric Mountain. The west Wales coastline with sandy beaches is around an hour’s drive over the Berwyn Mountains or Dinas Mawddwy. The property is one of two properties on site, with this property being the largest sleeping 4 guests.
The property is semi-detached and is set over 2 levels. From the front door are two steps leading down into the Kitchen, well-equipped with electric cooker and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and microwave. From the kitchen there is a door that leads to the steps that lead into the garden. On this floor is a spacious open plan living space with comfortable seating and a cosy wood burner. Also on the ground floor is a super king bedroom (can be made as a twin room upon request), the second of which can be found on the first floor along with the family bathroom, featuring a shower over the bath, sink and toilet. The owners can also provide the use of a private hot tub, which is set in an elevated position. The hot tub can be hired for the week at an additional cost, direct with the owners.
