    The cottage had everything we could possibly need. It was lovely to be so close to the sea and was a good point from which to explore the area. Coverack is very pretty and was quiet. The local pub and fish and chip takeaway were superb as was the grocery store.

    Great location, comfy beds, however disappointing regarding cleanliness, old IKEA chair should be recycled many years ago. Windows not cleaned, very rusty cooker hotplates, oxidising rust off onto cooker. Not overly dog friendly. Only visible extra cleaning was two freezer bags placed over kitchen roll. Disappointing as an overall package.

    Grambla Cottage is a quaint cottage in a small private courtyard setting, set back from the sea in the centre of this harbour village. There is parking for one vehicle but negotiating the narrow entrance and tight space needs careful manoeuvring. You can park on the street out of season. We arrived very late and in the dark, so it wasn't easy finding the cottage as the cobbled drive/path up to the cottage is unlit. Likewise, accessing the keysafe without light wasn't easy.Mobile to the rescue! Don't think the outside light is on a sensor (not sure). Obviously these minor problems are only an issue during winter time. Once we had gained access we were pleased to find a cosy, warm and welcoming cottage that is extremely well equipped and very clean. Lots of improvements have been made.....new windows, new bathroom, excellent recycling storage and muddy boot storage. All make this cottage very easy to holiday in. Fresh flowers, Milk and cream scones in the fridge, says your welcome! Thank you! The kitchen is very well equipped.... Tea/Coffee/Sugar. Didn't need a thing! All cleaning products and tea towels provided. Thank you! For a tiny harbour cottage it has the benefit of an ensuite to the double bedroom and a lovely bathroom off the kitchen. Beds were comfy and pillows new with pillow protectors. It's always a giveaway about how much an owner cares, when the pillows are "nasty" and have no protectors. The duvet also appeared new. Thank you! The living room was snug and made for a restful evening after days out. We struggled to get to grips with the freesat TV. We needed an idiots guide! Overall the property is very well maintained and "Loved" and we would return and recommend.

    The cttage itself was fine. The big problem is the parking area. I have a Ford Mondeo and, even though nobody was staying in the cottage with which I shared a parking space, getting in and out was a bit of a nightmare. If the other cottage (Portmeor) was occupied, I would almost certainly park on the road.
