With wide hallways and a sweeping staircase the apartment can be found on the second floor. Pause a while before entering to take in the magnificent view of York Minster across the medieval roof tops.\nThis apartment has been designed to showcase the views across to the Minster from each and every room. The large open plan livingdining room with galley style kitchen just to the side offers guests the choice of cooking a delicious meal or just relaxing after a long and memorable day exploring York and all it has to offer. Both the twin and double bedroom have amazing views of York Minster. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with matching soft furnishings and the beds are of a very good standard offering you a blissful night’s sleep. With a house bathroom and also a separate toilet this apartment offers true city centre living at its best.\nThe hustle and bustle of York and its medieval historic streets are only yards away making it the perfect location for a romantic or shopping break. To enjoy the views from the water you can take a boat ride along the Ouse or enjoy an informative bus trip around the city. Visitors can wander up the winding street of High Peter Gate and enjoy the majesty of York Minster as you turn the corner and enter the cobbled area in front of this famous building. Taking over 500 years to build it really is spectacular and worth exploring inside.     Safe parking on site. 2 minute walk to 'The Shambles', view of the minster from all windows. Very quiet location yet so close to all that York has to offer. Did not use my car all week!

    The apartment was great. Spacious, clean and a good location with parking but the toilet seats were loose and wonky and the locks on the toilet doors didn`t work so this let it down.

    Excellent location, right in the centre of York with convenient parking spot. Spacious apartment, very well kitted out, only one criticism, the flush handle on the cloak room toilet was broken, however there was a toilet in the bathroom and we only stayed 2 nights, so didn’t feel the need to complain, would recommend this to friends.

    A wonderful short break of 4 nights. The property is presented to a high standard and the location and view of the Minster is excellent. The furniture and beds were comfortable and clean. There was plenty of equipment in the kitchen and information in the welcome folder. We would stay here again when we visit York.

    Absolutely fantastic! Great location and extremely clean. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. Lovely idea to leave milk, tea, coffee and prosecco. We had a minor problem with both toilets but this was sorted promptly. I have only one very small criticism: the apartment sleeps four people but there is only a double sofa and a single chair to relax on! Having said that we would certainly recommend this property to friends and family and are very likely to book it again.

    We had several issues: 1. Key collection was badly organised, kept waiting. 2. Toilet seat in bathroom broken for more than a month and not replaced. 3. Lighting in double bedroom was a joke - impossible to read by, like a cave. 4. Baking tray, not even fit for a jumble sale. 5. Lack of security on flat door, no chain and only 1 key to a flimsy lock and 2 bolts only fit for a cupboard (which didn't work). 6. We had to purchase our own toilet rolls!

    Excellent flat and stunning location. Lots of room for our toddler son to play and everything we needed was provided. Looking to book again for his Spring break.

    Our 2nd stay at Granary Court for a very good reason, it's a brilliant flat in a great location. We hope to return.

    Brilliant location and private parking an absolute bonus. The apartment is well equipped, especially the kitchen with everything you need, however the TV is very small and the reception poor on some free view channels, this was only an issue because the weather was poor and we spent more time in the apartment than we would normally have done. Comfortable bedrooms, good quality bed linen and unbelievably quiet for such a central location. Would definitely recommend and definitely return.
