This amazing, double-fronted, detached house stands surrounded by fields and as such enjoys far reaching view over to the Cleveland Hills. Tastefully furnished and decorated throughout with a fantastic, spacious bespoke kitchen with marble worktops and a large island, it really lends itself to family gatherings. The hot tub is set on a stone patio area and from here you can really take in the views or enjoy the stars. Whilst enjoying peace and quiet, the property is ideally placed for exploring the whole of Yorkshire. The historic city of York is 27 miles, the spa town of Harrogate with both high end and high street shopping is just 17 miles, and for an alternative day out Whitby is 61 miles. Nearby is the lovely market town of Ripon, where you will find a town crier in the market square. The Choristers House, a National Trust property, can be found in Ripon and Fountains Abbey is a short drive and makes for a memorable day out. There are plenty of walks in the area and as Yorkshire is Tour De France territory, be sure to bring your bike! With a pub in the village to walk to life doesn’t get any better. Shop 3¾ miles, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
