The flat had a comfortable bed and comfortable sofas. It was spotlessly clean, however the equipment needs to be replaced as it’s old and mismatched. We were unable to open the large window in the lounge even though it was very hot because the handle wasn’t working properly and one of the locks on the front door was broken. We usually rent cottages so this wasn’t to our taste unfortunately

A few things need to be improved upon. We found the kitchen lacking in a few basic items such as Tea pot, Measuring jug, fish slice, frying pan, cooking tongs and chopping board. Crockery / glassware was miss matched and located in various cupboards. Plug for the sink was not adequate and there was no washing up bowl. The grill on cooker worked but not very well, took along time to cook anything. The shower tap was hard to turn on and off. A toilet roll holder would be useful. Apart from the above the apartment was quiet, comfortable and in walking distance to all to all amenities.
