    A gorgeous house and beautifully decorated. Perfect place for a large gathering away from it all. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating, going above and beyond. I hope to be back!

    An excellent holiday cottage, very spacious. Our only criticism is the water pressure or lack of in the bathroom showers.

    David (the host) was super friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful and spacious. There is a really nice pub nearby that we went to for lunch and Wigton (shops) is only 5 minute's drive away. Great place and would definitely stay there again. Thank you David!!

    We had a family event and everyone was able to come to us and relax and catch up. The facilities enabled us to cater for everyone and no one had problems with finding a cosy place to sit and chat.

    Greenwood House is located within easy reach of the M6 and Carlisle but is set in a beautiful, quiet, rural setting surrounded by countryside. The house has been lovingly renovated and is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The house is perfect for a large family gathering with plenty of comfortable bedrooms, modern bathrooms, two good sized lounges and a superb kitchen diner, ideal for large groups. There are lots of original features that give the house character and a homely feel. David, the owner, was friendly and helpful, both before and during our stay. I am sure Greenwood House will be a great success.
