All power, bed linen and towels included. Starter pack of fuel provided for the log burner. Up to 2 well behaved pets welcome at a charge of £20 each per week. Wi-fi available.

Rock and moss garden to front with enclosed south facing garden with fruit trees, BBQ and arbour bench seating. Ample private off road parking. Shared utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and cloakroom with WC and wash basin.  

Ground Stones has been recently converted from a traditional long barn into luxury self catering cottages. Accommodating eight people, the cottage is bursting with character, exposed beams, log burning stove (starter pack of logs provided!), internal exposed stone walls and views to die for! Ground Stones has an adjoining cottage (Roof Stones 218013) that sleeps six - perfect for larger families, offering privacy with en suite facilities to the master rooms. They can be booked together to accommodate 14 guests. Each cottage overlooks a private rock garden with the facility of a fully enclosed south facing garden, complete with fruit trees, barbecue and a charming arbour bench!
Situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Ground Stones overlooks Wensleydale fells, moors, the River Ure and the unspoilt countryside between. Nestled on the outskirts of the bustling market town of Hawes, only a 6 minute walk, with its county-renowned deli, the famous Wensleydale Creamery, Ropemakers Centre, restaurants, five pubs, tea rooms, bistro, clothes shops and lovely gift shops. And there are local walks a-plenty! (maps provided).
