We had a lovely week here with our 6 year old daughter. The beach is opposite and there is a lovely restaurant and pub within walking distance. The cottage is a good size and we spent some evenings in the garden. There is a bbq and the kitchen is well equipped. It is very quiet there and nothing to wake you up! We found some nice places to run from there. A great place for couples or a family.

The cottage location could not have been bettered, a 2 minute walk to the beach was as stated. The use of beach towels, buckets, and spades, as well as other toys saved us transporting all these things from home. The owners were available for any queries, but did not disturb us at all. We would certainly use this cottage again, and have no reservations in recommending it to others

Best holiday ever. It felt like home. Lovely house, beautiful garden, stunning view and local facilities. Very nice welcome gifts when we arrived, a nice touch and nothing was to much trouble.

Our third visit and two more planned next year. Wonderful; although we maybe a bit biased!!

    Well equipped and great location

Good location. Just steps from Avon beach, which is sandy. Lovely clean beach with a lifeguard and a restaurant called The Noisy Lobster pricey, but excellent menu. May need to book. A good fish and chip bar, a takeaway cafe, plenty of seating nearby, and a small shop for holiday essentials.
