Lovely comfy cosy home from home. A local pub within walking distance serving excellent Tai food. Great walking and national trust properties nearby. A good escape from the day to day stresses.

An ideal cottage for walkers. Surrounded by beautiful countryside. Beautiful accommodation, ideal for a small family. Sadly no Internet access and the TV has issues. None of this spoilt our holiday though. Final piece of advice don't try and find the property at night. It was hilarious but rather exhausting.

A beautiful cottage. Love that it was dog friendly. Thank you for the supplies you left for us. Milk, wine, tea bags. Dog treats. So lovely. Everywhere was clean and fresh. Just needed a larger bath towel!! For me not the dog!!

Lovely cottage full of everything you will need. The enclosed garden was great for our dog. Lovely view from the kitchen but it's a shame the hedge blocks the light and view from the lounge. Bit tricky with the sloping roof as one of us is 6ft 3, however this was disclosed in the description and we managed. Location very pretty with sheep in the adjacent field. Didn't use the pub down the road but plenty of others within short drive that take dogs. Lovely big bathroom with super shower. Overall very nice accommodation.

Ideally situated cottage with all the inbuilt amenities one needs to enjoy a break in a lovely area of East Sussex. This enabled my wife and I to have a relaxing short break rediscovering an area which we had passed through on many occasions earlier on in our lives. One can be assured of a restful break in a peaceful location.

The cottage had all the essential items and provided a good base for exploring the area. The drawbacks were a lack of wi-fi which is unusual these days. The local pub was identified as a hot spot by the owner but has limited opening hours. The only other issue was that (for us) the bed was not too comfortable. The shower is lovely and the sofas in the living room were very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the garden area is ideal for the dog.
