A 2 bedroom apartment which is comfortably furnished and well equipped. There are several pubs shops and visitor attraction in Maryport including a Roman museum The Wave Centre and the Sea Life Centre. The coast stretches for miles in either direction with historic ports like Whitehaven and seaside villages including Allonby and St Bees to explore. The Lake District National Park is only a 20 minutes drive away with spectacular scenery to be enjoyed on foot bicycle or car.     Apartment works well for us because our family live close by, but is beginning to be in some need of attention. Broken coffee table which we fixed, broken bedside lamp and missing key to refuse bin area which has been reported several times. Also main door had been changed but only one key available which meant we had to go to the trouble of getting a spare cut. For the money paid for the apartment would expect these things to be taken care of.

    The flat was reasonably clean, the inside windows needed cleaning, the wallpaper in the lounge was hanging off under the small window. There was only one bedside lamp in the bedroom, not good if you're on the wrong side of the bed. to be fair the complaint to the agents were dealt with immediately. Overall the flat was like a tired old lady and very much needs modernising. Tricia, Stafford
