Estate was easy to find as it has its own postcode, however, The ClockHouse is tucked away down a narrow wooded track that needed more obvious sign posting. The cottage was well presented and very roomy with good quality furniture. No mobile signal which for some could prove an issue, but this meant that the premises were in a very quiet and secluded spot. We did not use the games room or pool but these would keep families entertained. Unusually, for a rented holiday cottage the DVD player and TV both worked. A remote but central site for north Norfolk with easy access to the north Norfolk coast and the Broads. If visiting early or late summer would recommend paying for the heating as a bit cold, without double glazing and a draughty gap in the double doors. The nearest pub is about 2 km away but we ate elsewhere on our explorations.
