Loved it, a beautiful place to stay with fantastic views down the valley. Very comfortable and well equipped and Chris and Karen were lovely and friendly and helpful. Lovely rural peaceful setting and very handy for Rye, Hastings, Dungeness and plenty of National Trust and RSPB places. Hope to come back sometime.

A good week in a new area for us to explore from a great holiday base, albeit a little "isolated" Our hosts were friendly & welcoming, suggesting local places of interest to visit.

Superb accommodation which was clean, warm and comfortable. The owners were exceptionally friendly and very helpful - but did not bother us unless we asked. We will stay again.

A lovely cosy cottage in a tranquil location with beautiful views over rolling Sussex countryside. Fabulous walks in all directions - we particularly enjoyed the walk past the lake and across the little river and back through woodland and the farmyard. Very dog-friendly everywhere we went (except Great Dixter) and Zoe our terrier had a lovely time.
