Our party of 7 had a wonderful few days at Heol Llygoden, the cottage is full of character, really comfortable and well positioned for walking. Comfortable beds and great views from both sides of the house. It was lovely to have use of the wood burner and access to supplies of wood for cosy nights in! The kitchen really well equipped with plenty of extra plates, glasses, cooking implements, pots and pans as well as an extra fridge and freezer in the boot room. We loved having tables in both the kitchen and living room more than big enough for everyone to sit around. Everything was very clean, the bathrooms felt quite new and the large boot room was really useful for drying out our wet stuff and keeping the rest of the house mud free.

This is a nice cottage and comfortably slept 12 people. There was plenty of space inside so we were never felt overcrowded. It is set in a rulal location and the nearest local amenities are about 5 miles away. That’s why I scored this a little bit lower.

A beautiful cottage, everything was amazing! It was rustic but had all the mod cons you need for a comfortable stay. It was spacious and the location was great with a great pub a few minutes walk away and in driving distance of great walks and outdoor activities. Everyone had a great time and we all want to stay again. The caretaker was very welcoming and helpful too, i can’t recommend enough!
