    Value for money

a warm comfortable and pleasant cottage would use again if holidaying in the area

Some cobwebs and unclean crockery which should be improved. But good value for money.

Wheelwrights was a lovely barn conversion, done to a very high standard. The furniture and fittings were very good (but the bed was a little hard for our liking)but the duvet etc was lovely. The setting was very peaceful with a variety of wildlife in the garden and orchard. Unfortunately the cottage needed some tlc . Cobwebs and dust seemed to be a problem .The books etc under the tv were covered in dust as were the windows and windowsills. The bath had black mould on the tiles .All of these problems could easily be solved with a few minutes cleaning. If this were done it would change a lovely, holiday cottage into an exceptional one.

nice cosy cottage, we were comfortable and enjoyed sitting out in the garden. Kitchen well equiped. We would have liked to have gone for walks from the cottage but it was not particularly a walking area as the road had no pavements. Not a bus rout either. We enjoyed our stay.

The host was welcoming and helpfull and. Milk and wine was appreciated and initially the cottage looked good in a peacefull setting. However we soon noticed the cowebs at eye level, the oven was dirty, and there was a lot of unnecessary clutter and , for our taste, the bed was hard and uncomfortable Then there were the two geese directly outside the cottage, that woke us up every morning between 6 and 6.30
