    Kitchen: Galley style with electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
    Bedroom 1: With zip and link twin beds (can be super kingsize on request).
    Wet room: With shower and toilet.

    First Floor:
    Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed.
    Bedroom 3: With twin beds.
    Bedroom 4: With single bed.
    Bathroom: With shower over bath (no toilet).
    Separate toilet.

    Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Welcome pack. Enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Bike store. Private parking for 6 cars. No smoking.

    This detached cottage is conveniently located to explore and enjoy the area, with so much to do and see there is sure to be something to suit everyone. Take a stroll along the promenade in pretty Mumbles, breathe in the sea air and soak up the atmosphere with many local independent shops, galleries, cafe’s and bistros. Just around Mumbles Head is beautiful Bracelet Bay with its award-winning rocky shoreline. The many stunning beaches in the Gower, too many to mention, are not only popular for family fun days, but are also fantastic for surfing. Stretch your legs along the coastal path with some breathtaking views. Swansea itself boasts Wales’ largest indoor market with over 100 stalls and offers a variety of fresh local produce from cockles, laverbread and fine Welsh cheeses to Welsh cakes hot off the griddle.
    The leisure centre is Wales’ premier Waterpark and Leisure Complex, with a 30ft climbing wall, interactive four storey play area, a spa and even an indoor surf simulator. Historical places of interest include The Maritime Museum, Swansea Museum and the Dylan Thomas Centre. Beach ½ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 110 yards.

    The house itself has a real potential but unfortunatelly it has not been used, it's in a bad shape. It was dirty, the dryer is in a bed room and was not working, a window could not be closed, the kitchen hood was not working...

    We found the house in this state 1 Broken slab on front door step which is slipping and tripping hazard capable of causing injury 2 Loose curtain railings screws on which the front door blinds hung on them fell on me twice when I tried to pull the blinds apart. I was not hurt but could have hurt a child seriously 3. Untreated damp in two upstairs bedrooms which have just been painted over rather than treated The above 3 issues contraventions under the HHSRS Rating scheme. 4 Rotting wood on kitchen cabinet wood below the cooker 5 Back cover of wardrobe in ground floor bedroom has come off unhinged so cannot use to hand clothes. 6 Grubby old lino floor in ground floor toilet dirty and stained all over with paint stains 7 Dirty upstairs toilet with grime all over 8 Dirty mop bucket with mop head left in the bucket with water in the kitchen 9 Stained bed linen in one of the rooms upstairs 10 Dirty crockery with bits of food on them when we arrived. 11. No washing machine as advertised 12 Dryer left in the bedroom downstairs which is not connected to mains 13. Dirty un-vacuumed and soiled carpets in both living room and hallway areas 14 Bedside drawer in small bedroom upstairs was found with rubbish left in it. Despite these negatives about the house, the attitude of the landlord was, to say the least, very disappointing.
