The house is situated off a private road at the entrance to the renowned ’Falls Development’ at Stockghyll, an area of pretty woodland and tumbling waterfalls cascading from Red Screes down to Ambleside Village and the Lake below. The Falls are a superb base for local, country and woodland walks with Ambleside Village a short stroll away and Langdale Pike within 4 miles. Offering a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, Ambleside still retains its unique village atmosphere in the heart of the Lake District.
