Fantastic cottage with everything you could possibly need for a self catering stay! wonderfully clean and comfortable, well furnished and warm! couldn't have wished for a better place to spend family time over the New year... little touches like champagne and a lovely Christmas tree were such a treat and made our stay very special xxx

We had a lovely stay, when we arrived there was fresh flowers in the kitchen and bedroom and a bottle of red wine. There was milk tea coffee, and everything you would need, even down to torches for the evening outside. Lovely fresh fluffy towels, the cottage was really nice, would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful cottage, a lot bigger than the photos show. Warm and cosy, very quiet location, great for walking and having a dog. Highly recommended.

Lovely cottage. Only a pub and church surrounding the village green but that just added to its charm. Very well equipped and flowers and bottle of wine was a nice touch. Richmond is nearest town and has all you may need. All in all a great break.

Comfortable, warm, quiet and dog friendly. Back garden useful - as was the local pub just across the green!

We had a really relaxing week in this peaceful cottage. The dogs settled in quickly after the first night and the enclosed garden for them was a bonus. The cottage itself was full of charm and had all the facilities we needed for the week. Local shops and restaurants in nearby Richmond are within easy reach. The old racecourse was ideal for walking our 2 Springer Spaniels. A great base for travelling further afield. The welcome pack of flowers, wine and doggy treats was a bonus. Just mind your head on the low doorway between the kitchen and lounge which we all hit our heads on. We would certainly wish to return if in the area again.

This was our fifth visit to Kirby Hill - we cannot recommend it too highly. Peace, quiet and a fabulous cottage.

Really lovely holiday cottage, very peaceful in a beautiful village green setting. Extremely helpful and informative owner. We look forward to returning at some time in the future.

Lovely cottage and location. Peaceful and relaxing. Had everything we needed Pub was brilliant too.

Lovely cottage and location, comfy beds, great bathroom and living rooms. No reachable hanging space in the twin bedded room and my head didn't do too well with a couple of low door thresholds and one over the stairs, but that's my own carelessness. Wouldn't hesitate to go again.

Lovely place, good location with everything you need and very helpful owner.

We choose the cottage specifically because of its rural location and facilities. It lived up to our expectations.

Joyful peace in this most beautiful of places. We would have no hesitation returning.

Beautiful cottage in a lovely hamlet. House was very comfortable and well placed for exploring north, south, east and west. Would recommend.
