Wellstone Cottages provides a cluster of four individually designed stone built cottages and boasting shared hot tubs. These cottages have been lovingly put together with lots of charm and character throughout with beams, slate floors, original fireplaces and wood burners along with thoughtful home comforts. The cottages promise pretty gardens brimming with perennials and are sited by a large lawned area, with woodland paths between mature trees and flowering shrubs, attractive animal enclosures to include alpacas, pygmy goats, geese ducks and hens and elevated sunny terraces are all waiting to be seen.
The market town of Cardigan is just 2 miles away, on the borders of Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire, making this the ideal location to explore west Wales. A trip to Cardigan is a must, try the bustling local farmers’ market and visit the restored Cardigan Castle with over 900 years of history waiting to be explored. The Welsh Wildlife Centre is located in the nearby small village of Cilgerran and is one of the best wetland reserves in Wales. Perhaps take a short drive to Cenarth Falls, where if you’re lucky enough, you may see the salmon leaping up through the falls travelling upstream. A plethora of beaches can be reached in a 30-minute drive, including the renowned Poppit Beach.
