Lovely views across the hills. The bedroom style and comfort is awesome however the living/dining room is a bit underwhelming, not very homely. Utensils in the kitchen are sparse, I could have brought some from home if I’d have known. The hot tub was great. Overall, I thought it was expensive for what we got, wouldn’t rush back.

We booked Horseshoe Cottage to spend a few days together over the new year.
The cottage itself is beautiful and offers some fantastic views from the hot tub.
In fact the location is so beautiful, my partner decided to propose to me there on New Years Day! lt has to be said.. this did not come guaranteed with the booking!!
Peter and Tish are lovely hosts and made us both feel very welcome.
We can not thank them both enough and we will be booking to stay again soon.

Comfort, lovely range of chairs. The bed is massive.
Equipment? way more than you need.
Location, a little out of the way of everything, but that was also a good thing.
Cleanliness, spotless! The cottage looks like it's just been Decorated and not Stayed in since.
Amenities...... None very close. It's either a very long walk, or jump in the car. But we did like this personally.
Value? I challenge you to find a place of this quality, with a hot tub, cheaper!
Lovely views across the valley from the hot tub. There's a short walk from the cottage to the tub, we're talking 30seconds max, but it's no inconvenience, as the views as worth it. Anyone who moans about the hot tub distance is just moaning for the sake of it.
