The owners gave us a warm friendly welcome. We were shown around Inverchroskie cottage. The accommodation was warm, clean and cosy. Plenty of hot water, as previous reviews commented on. Felt homely , spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the patio in the sun, watching the hares. Peaceful and relaxing. Wish I lived there!

Received a warm welcome to this warm and comfortable cottage. Well placed to enjoy many walks in the surrounding areas and further afield. After a day in the hills the cottage was well equipped to allow for a relaxing evening and home made meals. Great heating and hot water from the bio mass system. Even managed a late afternoon malt in the sunshine on the patio! Happy to recommend.

A lovely cottage in a rural setting. The cottage is very spacious and bright. 3 double bedrooms, 2 en-suite and 1 separate bathroom. We never used the fireplace, but on a cold winter night that is also an option, with plenty firewood to use. You have to travel on a narrow country road to get to the cottage, but you get repaid when you have no disturbing noises during the night. Kirkmichael is just a few minutes away, by car and Pitlochry around 20 minutes. a good base to explore the surrounding area.

Superb location. Ideal for walkers, especially dog walkers. Pitlochry has all the amenities and the theatre is a must go to. Cottage extremely cosy with ample really hot water! Being Scottish extremely biased but simply beautiful countryside. Enjoy.

What an absolute gem and Alex and Simon are wonderful, incredibly friendly and helpful proprietors. What a welcome. We had ordered a Tesco delivery to be delivered on our arrival. Unfortunately we arrived after our delivery, but Alex and Simon were so sweet about off-loading our weeks provisions for us in our accommodation. The cottage is absolutely perfect and immaculately presented. It's in an idyllic setting and incredibly quiet. Everything was squeaky clean and fresh. We enjoyed being able to use the woodburner and there was a huge availability of new wood from a storage area just outside the cottage. It's an ideal cottage to stay in for those wanting to explore the region and come back to a home from home. I would thoroughly recommend Inverchroskie Cottage, you just can't go wrong. Huge thank you to Alex and Simon for making our trip to Scotland such a wonderfully special one. All the best Tim

I chose this cottage as the location for our first family holiday in a long time, for myself and my 3 grown up children. We all loved staying here. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed and more. We loved the fact that there are 3 bathrooms, and plenty of hot water, with excellent pressure for the showers. As well as lovely fluffy towels. Super comfy beds. And Simon & Alex made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them, including helping me change the wheel of my car when I had a flat tyre. ? I would recommend this cottage, which is in a beautiful location, to anyone wanting to experience the beauty of rural Perthshire.

Four of us had a very relaxing week staying at Inverchroskie Cottage. The cottage has a lovely view from the front over fields and mature trees and is light and warm. It is in a very rural location, with a drive across moors from Pitlochry, which was great for us as we enjoy the peace and getting away from busy suburbs. It is two miles from the village of Kirkmichael which has two pubs, a tea room and a shop. We had a lovely walk direct from the cottage along the Cateran Trail to the col overlooking the Spittal of Glenshee.
